SHIPPING
Mad Dog Bats orders are generally shipped within 1-3 weeks from date of order placed. During busy season please allow 1-4 weeks for orders to ship. Specific promotions and custom orders do not apply to our general shipping times.
POLICY
a. Mad Dog Bats will accept no return of merchandise for any reason without a customer receipt or the customer’s sales representative first obtaining prior approval and:
i. A return authorization number and
ii. An authorization label attached to return carton
b. Merchandise returned to Mad Dog Bats without the proper authorization label attached will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
c. Returns may be authorized only by the Orlando, Florida Return Goods Department.
d. Consumer requests for bat authorizations should be routed directly to the Mad Dog Bats Return Goods Department and not the dealer.
Returns will be accepted on stock product items with no restocking fee if a return is requested within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of order. All returns requested after the 14 (fourteen) days but no longer than 30 (thirty) days will be subject to a 25% (twenty-five percent) restocking fee.
All requests after 30 (thirty) days of receipt will not be considered for a return authoriation.
RETURN REASONS
a. Incorrect items shipped – Incorrect items are defined as items which were not ordered on the purchase order. Return will be accepted for incorrect items if a return authorization is requested within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of shipment and goods are returned with 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of return authorization number and label.
b. Defective and Workmanship Problems – We reservice the right to examine returned merchandise and if found to be defective, we will determine if it requires a remake or can be repaired.
CUSTOMER ORDER ERROR
Incorrect customer order errors are defined as wrong items, quanitities, and colors. Inspect all orders upon receipt to insure we have manufacutred your order to specifications.
WARRANTY & REPLACEMENT PROGRAMS
DEFECTIVE POLICY
Defective items are defined as items, which fail to meet Mad Dog Bats stringent quality standards. Mad Dog Bats products are guaranteed against manufacturers defect for the following periods of time: 1 (one) Year
3O-DAY REPLACEMENT PROGRAMS
This warranty program is specifically only for the G-BONE and BIG BITE models. The replacement program covers normal wear & tear over a 30-DAY period from the day of purchase. Any alterations or misuse of the bat will void the warranty. Team bats or bats used by multiple players will not be covered under this program. Mad Dog Bats reserves the right to replace the warrantied bat with any color or model. Any customizations made to the original bat can not be extended to the replacement bat.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURE
The customer must provide:
1. Name, address, telephone number
2. Customer number
3. Invoice/Receipt number
4. Product description and the quantity of the items for return
a. Return authorization and shipping label will be mailed within 7 (seven) working days after request has been received.
b. Returned goods will, upon receipt from the customer, be processed, reason for return verified and appropriate paperwork issued (credit memo) within 30 (thirty) days.
c. All credit memos will be processed and appear on statement witin the month written.
d. All Mad Dog Bats return authorizations expire 90 (ninety) days from the date they were issued and will be be reissued.
e. If you do not receive your return authorization within 30 (thirty) days of your request you must contact the Return Goods Department immediately.
