Mad Dog Bats 30 Day Limited Replacement Program (Guayaibi Wood Only)
 

 Mad Dog Bats offers the industry’s “first” 30 day one (1) time replacement program guarantee on a 100% natural Guayaibi wood bats. The replacement program covers all natural wear and breakage from “NORMAL” field usage including cracking or breaking. The warranty is void and does not cover the following below:

 

a) Guayaibi wood bats that have been altered, mistreated or abused.

 

b) Bats that have been used in batting cages (cage balls), team used bats (team bats), professional used bats or bats that have been used for team practice.

How To Make A Warranty Claim:

 

1) Please “DO NOT” return your Guayaibi wood bat to your local dealer because it will not be accepted.

 

2) Please be sure to make your claim within 30 days from your original purchase date . Any claims made beyond the 30 days will void the program for that particular purchase.

 

3) If you need to return your purchase and if your Guayaibi wood bat falls under the replacement program above, please complete our “Replacement Authorization Form” by clicking on the following link:

* Once we have received your information, we will furnish you with RAN “Return Authorization Number,” our return address and information regarding your return.

* It is necessary that you include the original sales receipt to qualify for the replacement program. No hand written, photo copies or duplicates receipts will be accepted.

 

4) If the Guayaibi wood bat is found to be defective, we will send a replacement with an equal valued bat as soon as possible.

 

5) All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Liabilities

 

* Under no circumstances shall Mad Dog Bats be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, whether the claim is based upon warranty, contract, negligence, strict liability or other cause of action. The replacement program is only provided to the original purchaser, and cannot be transferred or assigned at any moment. Mad Dog Bats cannot control changes in standards or the testing procedures in compliance with any organizational or affiliation standards. Mad Dog Bats shall not be liable for any damages or returns resulting from any ban/restriction imposed on the baseball bat product by any association.

* Mad Dog Bats does not approve of or authorize the purchaser or any other person to physically alter a Mad Dog Bat in any manner what so ever. Any alteration/change of the bat will nullify Mad Dog Bats limited replacement program and violates Mad Dog Bats intellectual property rights. Furthermore, should injuries or other damages occur as a result of any use of an altered bat, the person who altered the bat, along with the player who knowingly used the altered bat, may be held liable for such injuries or damage.
